For oven baked potatoes with parmesan garlic paste, first cut the potatoes into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Place them on a baking tray with baking paper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Put them in the oven at about 170°C for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the parmesan-garlic paste. To do this, press garlic cloves and mix them in a bowl with olive oil, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, chopped herbs and salt.
Take the potato slices out of the oven and spread the paste on each slice and put the oven potatoes with parmesan-garlic paste in the oven again for 10 minutes.
