This pumpkin wedges recipe is super easy to make, looks incredibly beautiful and tastes great.Use hokaido pumpkin for this, here you can also eat the peel.

Wash the pumpkin well, dry it and cut it into even wedges and remove the seeds. Place the squash wedges on a baking sheet or – looks very nice – in a baking dish or tart pan. Top with prosciutto and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.Generously spread olive oil on top.

Top with either a sprig of rosemary or other seasonings of your choice.

Bake the pumpkin wedges in the oven at about 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
