For the Spaghetti alla Lecka Schmecka, cook the pasta in enough water until al dente (do not quench!!!).
Reserve about 1 large ladle of pasta water. Finely dice the landjäger and sauté with chopped onion in a large skillet.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and the pasta water. Let the sauce boil down a bit and add whipped cream.
Drain pasta and add to sauce in pan. Cook over medium heat until the sauce binds well with the pasta.
Serve the Spaghetti alla Lecka Schmecka sprinkled with fresh basil.
