Clean the celery, cut into pieces about 5 cm long and boil in soup for 5 minutes.

Place the drained celery stalks in a smaller baking dish.

Whisk the egg with cream, salt and pepper and pour over the celery.

Sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake at 200 °C until light brown.
