For the veggie burger, mix egg, cremefine, flour and baking powder until smooth, add salt and pepper.

Mix in zucchini, corn and bell bell pepper, form 6 patties and flatten. Slowly fry the loafs on both sides in hot THEA. If necessary, finish frying in oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes.

Cut sesame buns in half, top with a lettuce leaf and sliced tomatoes, garnish with homemade ketchup and place the vegetable loaves on top. Ready is a juicy vegetable burger.
