Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Mix oil and soy sauce, marinate the meat cubes in it for 30 minutes.
Cut the zucchini, mushrooms and peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Drain the meat a little and alternate with the vegetables on the skewers.
Spread remaining marinade on the skewers, place on a baking sheet and grill in the oven for about 15 minutes, turning once.
Arrange the skewers and serve.
