Preheat oven to 200 °C. Cover the grill rack with baking paper. Wash and remove seeds from peppers. Wash melanzani and tomatoes and remove stems. Peel onion and garlic cloves.

Spread vegetables on baking paper and grill in oven for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, put kefir in a bowl and squeeze garlic cloves into it. Mix in dill and season with salt and pepper.

Take the vegetables out of the oven and cut them into slices, or the bell bell pepper into strips. Heat pita breads briefly in the oven.

Take the warm breads out of the oven and fill each with vegetables and a lettuce leaf. Spread kefir sauce on top and sprinkle with paprika powder.

Serve warm.
