For the Styrian beef salad, cut the cooked beef into thin pieces. Add cooked beetle beans on top. Cut the onion into fine rings and add them on top as well.

Season with salt and pepper, marinate with vinegar and oil. Quarter the boiled egg and drape on the salad.
