For the potato casserole, boil the potatoes, peel and slice them. Cut the frankfurters into thin slices as well. Mix the whipped cream with the parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Line the greased baking dish with potato slices, spread the sliced frankfurters on top and place potato slices on top again. Pour the whipped cream on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
