Heat fat and sweat flour in it. Add milk and soup gradually. Egg yolks with whipped cream mix, under the sauce form and pull, no longer make. Season with gomasio. Can be served with gnocchi, vegetables or possibly dumplings.
Gomasio is a mixture of unpeeled sesame seeds and sea salt, available in natural food stores. However, it is just as easy to make yourself. Just lightly roast salt over low heat and pound it in a mortar to a fine powder. Then roast sesame seeds without adding fat, stirring occasionally, until evenly brown. Also pound sesame seeds in a mortar and mix well with the salt. The ratio of sesame seed to salt is a matter of taste. Recommendations offer from five to fifteen parts sesame seed to one part salt. Gomasio should be used up soon as it loses flavor quickly.
