Spaghetti with Peas Ricotta Sauce

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. skin onion and garlic clove, dice and sauté in butter until translucent. Deglaze with wine and clear soup, bring to a boil and let the ricotta melt in it. Add the whipped cream and simmer the peas for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Cut the ham into cubes, rinse and chop the basil. Make the spaghetti in salted water.

Season the sauce with nutmeg, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with ham and basil and offer the Gouda with it.

Tip: Kids love this dish exceptionally when it tastes a tiny bit sweet. Why not add a small can of corn kernels to the sauce just before adding the pasta.
