Instructions:

Cut bacon into cubes, fry in oil in a coated frying pan, sauté onions until translucent. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces, dice the ham.

Add the next five ingredients to the bacon. Steam for ten minutes, then add tomato peppers and sausages, season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle Gouda on top, put pan lid on, melt cheese. Spread parsley and paprika evenly over it, add briefly baked stick white bread smeared with garlic butter.

For the last two to three minutes, add a peeled, finely grated potato.
