Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon zest until foamy. Sift flour and cornstarch and stir in loosely. Finally, fold in clarified butter or oil. Pour into an Easter bunny mold and bake quickly in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle with a little sugar after removing from the oven.
