For the meat pancake, fry the bacon and onion in oil. Mix minced meat with salt, pepper and mustard, add to the onion and fry until the minced meat is nicely roasted.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and paprika powder, add flour, pour everything over the meat and let it fry on low heat.

Then tear apart and serve.
