The cinnamon bark, clove and zest of the lemon are boiled in a little water. The washed apples are peeled and quartered, the core is removed. Lightly salted water, to which sugar is added, is boiled and the apple slices or cubes are added and cooked. The clear soup of the boiled and strained spices is added to the soup and the whole is boiled together. The flour is mixed with sour whipped cream, at the beginning add a little whipped cream to the flour, beat it with a whisk and pour the remaining sour cream on it. Now pour the whipped cream into the boiling soup, stirring continuously. Cook until the raw flavor of the flour disappears. Milk and white wine are added to refine the taste. Add milk and white wine and add the juice of a lemon to achieve a sour taste. It can be served warm or cooled.
