Instructions:

Cool sago with milk and prepare for 5 min. Beat 4 egg whites to snow. Mix sugar, egg yolks and light butter until creamy, then add curd cheese and sago. Finally fold in the snow.

Form the mixture into 2 gratin dishes and place in the oven.

Bake at 175 °C for 90 minutes without a lid.

The oven should be preheated.
