Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
For the pasta, bring water to a boil.
Brown the onion and garlic in oil and add flour, white wine and whipped cream.
Now cut 200 g of the processed cheese into pieces and add to the sauce. Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta.
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and garnish the pasta with chopped chives.
