For muesli slices, finely grate the apple, coarsely chop the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Chop the cranberries a little finer, sauté the apple with the water in a pot until soft.
Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the mixture on it. Bake the muesli slices at 160-170° for 25-30 minutes.
