For the chocolate coconut pudding, mix the chocolate coconut with the chia seeds and vanilla sugar. After 10-15 minutes, stir again properly to avoid lumps forming.

Place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Stir occasionally. Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut the flesh into cubes.

Pour the finished pudding into dessert bowls and place the watermelon on top.
