Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a greased baking tray. Mix the melted butter with the ingredients listed and spread evenly on the yeast dough.
Baking time: 35 min. at 200 °C .
And as always, serve hot! The recipes vary from place to place. For example, the “Salzkucha” is often accompanied by bacon cubes, chives or gingerbread.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
