For the quinoa vegetable pan, wash quinoa in a fine sieve, boil gently with double the amount of water until the water is absorbed. Duration, about 25 minutes.

Root vegetables into fine strips, zucchini into small cubes, cut the onion into fine rings, finely chop the garlic and rosemary.
