For the quinoa peanut cubes, line a loaf pan with baking paper. Place quinoa in a bowl and mix with salt. Melt the peanut butter and maple syrup in a bain-marie, mix, pour over the quinoa and mix gently until uniform. Do not mash the quinoa in the process.

Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth the surface and refrigerate. Melt the chocolate coating, spread over the quinoa and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

When the mixture is almost ready, remove it from the mold and cut it into small cubes or other shapes with a sharp knife.
