Bring the whipping cream to the boil. Let tea steep in it for 5 minutes. Squeeze tea bag well and put aside.

Heat the tea cream again briefly, remove from the heat and dissolve the couverture in it.

Refrigerate until the mixture has set. Stir with a whisk.
