For the custard cake, separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Slowly add oil and then water and continue to beat until fluffy. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and sift and lift into the mixture.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160° for about 30 minutes and leave to cool for a few hours.

For the cream, beat Quimiq until creamy and mix with chocolate pudding (Dany+cream chocolate).

Spread on the cooled cake base and decorate the custard cake with chocolate flakes if desired.
