For the peanut fritters, beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually mixing in the granulated sugar. Fold in the peanuts and cornflakes.

Place the wafers on a greased baking tray and place a mound of snow mixture on each wafer.

Press half a peanut into the center and bake at medium heat (approx. 160 °C).
