A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into fine slices, add to the mushrooms form and briefly stew until soft. Add the clear soup, season with salt and pepper. Simmer lightly for a short time.

Stir the whipping cream with the cornstarch and thicken the sauce with it. Season to taste with a little lemon juice.

Halve the eggs and dice the ham. Heat both in the sauce but do not let it boil.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, chop the leaves and sprinkle over the dish.

Serve with: long grain rice
