Defrost the raspberries and crush them. Add sugar and raspberry brandy and stir the whole thing. Fill two peach halves into a glass and spread the raspberry puree evenly over the fruit. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the vanilla sugar. Decorate the dessert with dots of cream.
