Dissolve the yeast in 4 tbsp lukewarm water. Mix water, salt, flour and the dissolved yeast in a large baking bowl and knead for 5-10 min. Let the dough rise for about 50 minutes in a warm place. Then knead again briefly and add the nuts, knead briefly. Then shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Form, cover with a kitchen towel and leave for about half an hour.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 250 °C (hot air: 225 °C ). Place the tray in the heated oven. Pour 1 cup of cold water on the hot bottom and close the oven door in a flash.

After 5 min, turn the heat down to 200 °C (175 °C ) and bake for about 40 min.
