Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and cook in salted water for 25 minutes. Then press through a press and again to the cooking water form, briefly boil.

Cut the bacon into cubes and let it cook. Stir bacon, vinegar and whipping cream into the potato broth, season. Cut chives into rings and spread evenly over the soup.
