Chop the onion and garlic very finely. Sauté lightly in the olive oil.

Chili peppers, tomatoes, peppers also chop very small and add with the water. Simmer everything for about 10 minutes.

Now add salt, sugar and pepper as well as vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Now puree and fill into preserving jars.
