Try this delicious noodle dish:
Mix the vinegar, sugar, fish sauce and paradeis pulp.
Heat the sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a large preheated wok.
Add the garlic to the wok form and sauté for 30 seconds.
Drain the noodles well and add to the wok along with the fish sauce and tomato paste mixture. Mix well.
Add the spring onions, carrots and bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
Push all ingredients in the wok to the side. Now pour the beaten eggs into the free part of the wok and fry until they set. Add the noodles, crab tails and peanuts to the wok form and mix well. Transfer to warmed serving plates and garnish with chili flakes. Bring to the table hot.
