For the Asian noodles with chicken, cook the Asian noodles according to package instructions. Wash the carrots, cut into slices and blanch briefly. Wash broccoli, divide into florets and pre-blanch as well.

Wash remaining vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice chicken breast, season with salt and pepper. Heat sesame oil in a wok, brown the chicken and transfer to the side.

Add some more sesame oil to the wok and quickly sauté the vegetables, add the meat and noodles, mix with salt, pepper, some curry, Asian herbs, ginger and soy sauce and then serve hot.
