Instructions:

Separate the eggs. Mix the mushroom spread well with the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Roll out the puff pastry and place the ham slices on top, spread with the mushroom mixture and fold in a third on each side. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 35 minutes.Mushroom spread:Finely chop the onion. Finely dice the garlic. Saute mushrooms in a pan with olive oil.
