For the sweet snowman, first prepare the tartelettes. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
Pour the batter into 6 greased tartelette cups and bake in a preheated oven for about 12 to 18 minutes at 170 – 180 degrees.
Remove from the oven and let cool. In the meantime, prepare the pudding. Mix starch, sugar and salt and add 5 – 7 tablespoons of milk. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and remove from heat.
Fold in the starch mixture with a whisk and put back on the stove, boil again while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in a cold water bath until creamy.
Form the elements (arms and hat) for the snowman from the tartlets. Brush the hat with melted chocolate. Cut the nose and mouth from the papaya.
Assemble the elements. Fill the 2 tartlets with pudding, spread the head with pudding. Make the face with raisins and papaya pieces, assemble the hat with 2 bars of chocolate and the spread tartelette part and put it on top.
Put on the arms, decorate with spray whipped cream and decorate the cute snowman a little more.
