For the spicy golaches, mix small diced ham with crème fraiche, parsley and chopped chives and season with pepper.

Roll up puff pastry and cut off a strip about 2 cm wide. Cut remaining puff pastry into 6 equal squares and brush edges of pastry with yolk.

Cut ham slices in half, place on dough pieces and spread ham mixture on each. Fold the dough in the middle and press down.

Cut the 2 cm wide puff pastry strip into 6 equal pieces, press firmly onto the golaches and brush with yolk.

Bake the spicy golaches at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
