The mousse is known as an easily digestible dish that gives great pleasure to its connoisseurs, especially in the warm summer months.

Grind the goat cheese with a hand blender (Flotte Lotte).

Gradually fold the whipped cream into the cheese and mix with some pignoli and the herbs. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pipe the mousse onto the zucchini slices, roll up into rolls and arrange with the fine marinated lettuce, garnish with some daisies or violets and pignoli and bring to the table.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
