Instructions:

Cut the liver thinly (max 1/2 cm thick). Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the liver to the onions and pour some water. Bind with a little flour if desired.

Season with pepper and marjoram. When the liver is cooked through, add salt and remove from heat immediately (otherwise it will become hard).
