*Pad Tap Gai Heat a large heavy frying pan and pour in the oil.
Add the onions and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the chicken liver and turn up to high heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the liver is just cooked but still tender inside.
Arrange in a serving bowl.
Replaces. Not very exciting.
Our tip: use your favorite red wine for cooking!
