For the Hawaiian toast with fried eggs, heat butter in a pan and crack in the eggs. Season with curry and salt.

Place the pineapple slices so that the egg yolks are in the hole of the slice. Place a slice of cheese over each yolk, place a lid on the pan and finish frying.

Toast the slices of toast, spreading with herb butter if desired. Once cheese is melted, place Hawaiian eggs on top of toast slices.

Serve the Hawaiian toast with fried eggs.
