A bean recipe for every taste:
Pancakes:
Stir through a little liquid, eggs and salt, gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and add the rest of the liquid. Bake 4 egg pancakes in the heated frying pan, keep warm.
Filling:
Heat sunflower oil or other vegetable oil and roast ham cubes in it until golden. Sauté onion and bell pepper cubes in it for 5 minutes until soft. Add mushroom slices, hominy, curry ketchup and white beans, heat and add spicy seasoning. Cut the bread into cubes, mix carefully and fill the egg pancakes on the spot and bring to the table.
