Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Boil the coconut milk with rasp, sugar and lemon juice, remove from heat and let swell for five minutes. Stir in the gelatin and cool the whole, should not cool completely.
Beat Rama Cremefine until stiff, stir in the overcooled coconut mixture. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut out dumplings with a spoon. Cut strawberries into pieces, marinate with honey and serve with the dumplings.
