For the ham and bell pepper dip, mix the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Cut the ham into fine cubes.
Halve the bell bell pepper, wash it, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes as well.
Clean the spring onion, wash and cut into rings. Mix the cream cheese with the diced peppers, ham and spring onion rings.
Season the ham and bell pepper dip with lemon juice, salt and bell pepper to taste.
