For the creamed runner beans, wash the runner beans and cut off the ends on both sides. At the same time, pull off any threads on the sides.

Slice the runner beans and boil in salted water for about 8 minutes. Strain and rinse with cold water. Drain well.

Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves.

Cut bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan with hot olive oil. Add green beans and stir through.

Mix sour cream with flour and mix into the green beans with the savory.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve creamed green beans sprinkled with parsley.
