Roast the onion and garlic together with the ginger in fat, fill up with water, then pour in the minced meat, together with the yogurt, the paradeis pulp, the salt and all the remaining spices. Mix everything well.
Close the pot and let it simmer for half an hour on low heat.
Add the peas (drained) or 1 package of Tk peas.
Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
