Try this delicious cake recipe:

Knead together 250 g flour, salt, 75 g powdered sugar and fat with a mixer, steep when cooled.

Roll out on greased tray, prick and bake in heated oven.

Circuit: 170 to 190 , 1st sliding rack v. U.

160 to 180 , convection oven in about 12 min.

Stir marzipan with 75 g powdered sugar, 20 g egg yolk, citroback, flour. Pipe marzipan strips 1.5 cm apart on the pastry base. Alternate strawberry and apricot jam between the marzipan strips.
