For the garlic trout, either buy the trout fresh (or defrost frozen trout). Mix 50 g butter with the pressed garlic cloves and rub the 4 trout well with it (also inside). Then melt the remaining 50 g butter in a pan and fry the trout on medium heat for about 15 minutes (after about half the time turn 1x).The garlic trout tastes ideal with parsley potatoes as a side dish 🙂
