For the hot air fryer lasagna, first melt the butter for the bechamel sauce and add the flour, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in the milk and continue stirring until there are no lumps. Bring to a boil and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Let cool slightly, then stir in the yolks.
Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and onion in it. Add the minced meat and fry until brown. Then deglaze with red wine and stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Grease the baking pan of the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer and put in layer by layer lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce and minced meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the Philips Airfryer at 160 °C for 40 minutes. Portion lasagna from the air fryer and serve.
