Instructions:

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, add each egg separately, gently fold in flour and baking powder.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.

Cut the fruit (e.g. apricots) in half and place on the dough.

Bake at 200 °C for approx. 30 minutes, sprinkle with almond slivers 5 minutes before baking.
