For the fish pâté, put the tuna and mackerel in a stand mixer with the canned oil.

Add the melted butter, grated lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic and blend well.

Stir in the whipped cream at the end and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the fish pie with toasted toast or use as a filling for tramezzini.
