Steak with Herb Mushrooms

For the steak with herb mushrooms, first mix the Monini Classico olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Brush the herb mushrooms with it. Sear them in a frying pan and set aside.

Sear the meat in a grill pan with very little oil and the rosemary sprigs on both sides for 1 /2 minutes each (for medium). Then let rest for about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper before serving.

Arrange steak with herb mushrooms and serve.
